In Hollum, the evening begins at the Ameland Lighthouse. From here, a guide will take you on an atmospheric walk through the forest and towards the beach. Before the walk begins, you will have the opportunity to climb the lighthouse. Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance so you have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views from the lighthouse. The walk ends at Sier aan Zee, where hot chocolate will be waiting for you. A nature guide from Natuurcentrum Ameland will also be there with a telescope. If the sky is clear, you can discover stars, planets and constellations together under the dark Ameland night sky. A special evening and a wonderful opportunity to experience Ameland in a completely different way: after dark.
