The mudflat excursions of the Ameland Nature Center; that is to enjoy, experience and discover. Anyone who is on Ameland should actually visit the Wadden Sea at some point. A unique and fascinating nature reserve that has UNESCO World Heritage status for good reason. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will discover all the wonders that the Wadden area has to offer. The vastness and purity is impressive and overwhelming. Along the way, an explanation is given about what can be found in the Wadden Seabed and the specific features and special status of the area are highlighted. At Wad Nes we walk on a beautiful stretch of Wadden Sea where you get the feeling that you are walking among Wadden animals, seabirds and ferries. There is a good chance that we will find Lugworms and various crustaceans! This tour is given in Dutch. Pets are not allowed on this tour!
