Powerkiting at Ameland Adventure is an unforgettable experience. We have modern kites of various sizes. No experience? Then start with a small kite to get the hang of feeling and steering the kite. Departure from Nes: Leave the village in a southerly direction, via the Ballumerweg take the first entrance to the right into the Westerpad. Continue on this unpaved path until you reach the parking lot for the bicycles. Then walk up the beach to the third beach house on the left. Departure from Ballum: Leave Ballum in an easterly direction, via the connecting road to Ballumerweg. Then it is the last entrance before the woods on the left. Enter this dirt path and continue straight ahead until you reach the parking lot for the bikes. Then walk up the beach to the third beach house on the left. We are only accessible by bike and on foot, not by car!
Important to know
Power kiting is an activity that is already possible from wind force 2. Unfortunately, power kiting cannot continue when it rains. A little bit of rain is not a problem, but with too much rain the kites get wet and they no longer go up in the air. From 12 years.
