Wine tasting
From oyster to pearl Discover these exclusive Southern Italian wines under our own label during an atmospheric tasting in our wine shop. The name Parel van Ameland originated from a fresh, mineral white wine that immediately evoked oysters and the Wadden Sea. Inside an oyster, you find a pearl – and pearls are kept in a treasure trove. Our shop is such a treasure trove, filled with wines with a story. During the tasting, we start with a festive Spumante Metodo Classico, followed by white, rosé, and two red wines. As you taste, we'll share the story behind the wines with personal explanations and an on-screen presentation – so you'll see not only what you're tasting, but also where it comes from. We'll serve Ameland regional snacks with this tasting.

Unique are the 'Parel van Ameland' wines that I import myself from the brothers Fabio and Michele from Campania, southern Italy. In addition to selling wines, I also provide wine tastings in the store and at any desired location. As a former sommelier, I recommend the right wines for your dishes.
