Have you always wanted to peek inside a "bitterballen" (croquette) kitchen? You can! On November 7th and 14th, we're hosting a croquette tasting at Wad'n Keuken. Wad'n Keuken crafts croquettes and bitterballen using traditional methods. The various salpicons are made with great care and attention, and you can taste the difference. We'll provide a tour followed by a tasting. Because, let's face it, once you're in a croquette and bitterballen production facility, you'll want to try them too! During the tasting, you'll sample three croquettes/bitterballen. A tour and tasting last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and includes one drink.
