Kids' surfing lesson, 8 - 12 years
Are you under 12 and would you like to learn how to surf? Then the Kids Surf Lesson is perfect for you. We offer a surf lesson specially designed for children – when will you ride your first wave on Ameland? For your first introduction to surfing, you can book a 1.5-hour lesson. During this lesson, you will learn the basic principles of surfing. The lesson includes a 15-minute theory session, after which you will catch your first wave under the guidance of our certified instructors!

Location
We are only accessible by bicycle and on foot, not by car! Departure from Nes: Leave the village heading west. Take the first entrance on the right onto the Westerpad via the Ballumerweg. Follow this unpaved path until you reach the bicycle parking area. Then walk onto the beach to the first beach house on the left. Departure from Ballum: Leave Ballum heading east via the Verbindingsweg. Next, take the last entrance before the Nesserbos on the left. Enter this unpaved path and drive straight ahead until you reach the bicycle parking area. Then walk onto the beach to the first beach house on the left.
Important to know
Basic swimming certificate required (comparable to swimming diploma A). Please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
