The layout is as follows: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds), bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet, storage room and a terrace facing south. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Senseo, coffee maker, combination microwave, 4-burner gas stove and refrigerator. A high chair or cot can be added on request (if available). The price excludes energy consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit.
