On the first floor are five spacious bedrooms. Four with box springs and one with a bunk bed. For the youngest there is a cot. The two master bedrooms have a compound box spring and a large LED TV. There is a modern sink and a private walk-in shower. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, toilet, separate walk-in shower with rain shower and there is a whirlpool bath. The large, open play loft can be reached via the bedroom with bunk beds and has a 'chill corner', toddler toys and two extra box springs, suitable for older children and young adults. The villa has a romantic atmospheric appearance and has every conceivable luxury such as: a covered south-facing terrace with a luxurious lounge set and an attractive gas fireplace with remote control, a luxurious west-facing terrace with a lounge set, there is underfloor heating inside, a Boretti stove , Quooker, large LED TV with Netflix. Natural materials, light colors and good lighting have been used in the furnishing. For golfers there is a large artificial green where you can chip and putt. Pro-V1 balls, wedges, putters and kids' clubs are available. To complete the luxury, there is a 5-person Jacuzzi on the terrace with bubbles, jets and lighting. The use of the jacuzzi can be booked separately for €250 per weekend, midweek or week. Around the entire house there are three sun terraces. There is always a nice place to enjoy yourself on the lounge furniture. The covered terrace has a luxurious lounge set and atmospheric gas fireplace (gas bottle at your own expense) where you can enjoy the evening after a beautiful day at the beach. The terrace on the west side also has a luxurious lounge set (very suitable for longer guests). There is also a spacious dining table with space for 10 guests and a Green Egg (May to September). For the children: one wooden bedstead and three camping cots, three high chairs and a changing pad. On site you will find a large inground trampoline, swings, rings and a sandbox. From the living room you have a direct view of the playing children.
