Detached and adjacent to the Ameland dune area
The accommodation consists of a living room with a spacious sitting area and dining area with a cozy stove with "logs", smart TV, new semi-open kitchen with dishwasher, convection/combi microwave oven, refrigerator, induction cooking, Senseo machine, filter coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (separate mattresses) and 1 with a single bed and a washbasin. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a walk-in shower and washbasin, separate toilet. There is a spacious utility room with washing machine, extra sink and a bicycle shed. All around is a sunny garden with lots of privacy and two spacious terraces. There is a large double swing with play equipment in the garden for the children. There is also a covered patio that you can use for many purposes. Parking is possible on site. Extra: barbecue, high chair, infrared sauna in the pantry.

De Woudbloem is a bright, comfortable and modern furnished detached bungalow located in a quiet area near the village of Ballum and bordering the Amelander dune area. Various hiking trails will take you to the North Sea beach within a fifteen minute walk. The cozy Ballum is within walking distance and provides a supermarket, eateries and some shops. The bungalow, with a total area of over 90 m², is suitable for 4 to 6 persons and has been completely modernized in recent years. A three-minute walk is a heated outdoor swimming pool with many facilities for children, a tennis court, mini golf course and riding stables. The swimming pool is open in the summer period and free for tenants.

Bungalow De Woudbloem is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child, is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. At bungalow 'de Woudbloem', bed linen is not provided, you may bring your own bed linen and towels or rent these from a linen rental company on Ameland. There are single mattresses and single duvets.
