The cozy studio is located on the south side of the building. The large windows in the studio provide a view of the church and surrounding area. Completely furnished and fully equipped. The studio has a kitchenette. This has a kettle, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, plates and cutlery. The studio has 2 single beds. These have the option to be pushed apart. The studio also has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a Smart TV. In short, the ideal base to discover Ameland. Located 2 minutes by bike from the center, 4 minutes by bike from the beach and 6 minutes by bike from the lighthouse. Parking is available in a public parking lot 300m from the building. Smoking is prohibited in the building, only on the roof terrace in consultation with the other tenants. *Breakfast is not possible or included.

De Welvaart is located in this beautiful historic building, built in 1662 as a commander's residence in the center of Hollum. The property has been used for many years to make guests feel welcome. The recently restored upper floor has 2 studios and 2 apartments. The cozy studios are the perfect base to discover Ameland. The spacious apartments are the perfect option for longer stays and feature a private kitchen. The rooms are furnished with antique, attractive furniture. All rooms have a Nespresso® machine and kettle. The restaurant, which is also a specialty beer café, is located on the ground floor. With an extensive menu and an even more extensive specialty beer list.
