The villa is equipped with free wireless internet, LCD television, DVD player, radio / CD player, patio doors to the spacious terrace with privacy, windshield and unobstructed view. You enter a spacious entrance and you will find a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs is a toilet, a bedroom with 2 box-spring beds and LCD television, a shower and sink. The spacious and attractive living room with open kitchen and dining area offers unobstructed views of the nature reserve. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and a combination microwave. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 box springs and a wardrobe, one bedroom has a TV. There is also a luxurious spacious bathroom on the top floor with a separate shower, bath, sauna, sink and a toilet.

The beautiful and authentic village of Hollum is within walking distance. The small park has a playing field and a number of playground equipment. The bus, to and from the ferry, stops right outside.
