Sustainable house de Wad'nParel is centrally located on Ameland in the village of Nes and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has its own entrance, driveway, garden and key safe. The house has recently been completely preserved and furnished in a modern way. The electricity is generated by the 34 solar panels on the roof. The house and the water are heated by an air-water heat pump and solar collectors. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is very well thermally insulated. The house has no gas connection. The attractive living room has a cozy oak table as the centerpiece. The seating area overlooks a 75-inch TV. Mobile phones and other devices can be charged in the self-designed 'charging cabinet'. On chilly days, the wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and cosiness. There is a games table for the children. WiFi is available. The spacious modern open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, Quooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, with an oven and separate microwave oven and all kitchen utensils. Kitchen appliances: Airfryer, sandwich maker, hand blender, juicer, electric grill plates, waffle iron and bread maker. The utility room has two washing machines and two tumble dryers. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The spacious hall has a cupboard full of books for all ages. The 4 bedrooms on the first floor: - 2 bedrooms with a double bed, washbasin, mirror - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and home workplace. The naturally fitted bathroom on the first floor has a bath, shower, toilet and two sinks. The garden has a spacious terrace where you can eat comfortably or have a good conversation at the garden table. There is a second cozy terrace located under the pear tree and grape bush. Feel free to add your shells from the beach to the collection. Parking is possible in the driveway. There is a charging station for electric cars.
