The villa is equipped with LED TV, patio doors to the spacious terrace with privacy, wind screen and unobstructed views. You enter through a spacious entrance and find a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs is a toilet, a bedroom with 2 box-spring beds and LCD television, a shower and sink. The spacious and attractive living room with open kitchen and dining area offers unobstructed views of the nature reserve. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and a combination microwave. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 box-spring beds and a wardrobe, one bedroom has a TV. Furthermore, on the upper floor there is a luxurious spacious bathroom with a separate shower, bath, sauna, sink and a toilet.

Waddenvilla 10 is a semi-detached 6-person villa with unobstructed views over the meadows and located close to the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Wadden Sea, chosen as the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands! The beautiful and authentic village of Hollum is within walking distance. The small park has a playing field and a number of playground equipment. The bus, to and from the ferry, stops right outside.
