For rent from 2024: a brand new chalet at Parc Koudenburg! A small but nice caravan; everything you need for a wonderful weekend on this Wadden Island or a wonderful week's holiday at the beach, dunes and golf course. The chalet was installed in December 2023 and furnished with care. Our tiny house is a comfortable, attractive and brand new chalet (built & installed at the end of 2023) with its own garden with lots of privacy on the small-scale Parc Koudenburg campsite. This is near the village of Hollum, the golf course, and the lighthouse on Ameland. Rental with mandatory cleaning & bed linen change (€60) We rent our tiny house including bed linen and kitchen linen + cleaning (€60). That will save you a lot of luggage and increase the luxurious holiday feeling! Layout & inventory The tiny house measures 10x4 meters and is conveniently laid out and very comfortable. You have a nice sunny terrace and garden with lots of privacy. The chalet is basically equipped for five people. But you can also easily accommodate six people if you bring an air mattress, or even more if you place a tent in the garden. The cozy living room has a sitting area with a spacious sofa, a dining area and an open kitchen. This is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer with three drawers, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, combi oven, and plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The bathroom houses the toilet, sink and shower cabin. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00), twin beds, 4-season duvet and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed plus a single bed (three beds of 0.80x2.00) and cupboard space. There is central heating everywhere. A nice plus: good WIFI is available in and around the caravan, so streaming music and series is no problem. The Tivoli audio set has a Bluetooth receiver (no CD player), so you can play your own music wirelessly with your phone/tablet. The garden is large enough to put up a tent, so you can create extra sleeping space for older children. If you want to make use of this option, you must indicate this when you make your reservation (due to tents being separately charged by Parc Koudenburg). Enjoy outside The caravan has a sunny garden with lots of privacy. The picnic table is a practical place to eat outside. There are additional garden chairs that can be placed in the sun or shade as desired. Barbecue and parasol are in the shed and you can of course use them. Bicycles are rented at the campsite and in the village (Nobel, Visser or Aldok). The charming village of Hollum and the beach are within walking distance (10 and 20 minutes' walk respectively). Parc Koudenburg is located next to the beautiful 9-hole golf course, and from the park you immediately enter a beautiful heath and dune nature reserve: perfect for the most beautiful walks. Comfort The chalet was built in 2023 and placed at Parc Koudenburg at the end of that year. Super good (winter-resistant) insulation, double glazing and central heating make it a comfortable house. You can also stay here very comfortably in the winter, early and late season.
