Welcome to the cosily furnished 5-person beach apartment located on the sunny south with a view of the mudflats! The apartment is furnished in a cozy modern style, you really get the 'island feeling' because of: * A kitchen with Miele dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and combi oven / microwave; * A PVC floor with underfloor heating in the living room; * A dining table with an unobstructed view of the mudflats and Buren; * The living room with 5 generous seats, a smart TV, and a radio system with CD player; * A large bedroom: king size double bed with Auping spirals + flat screen TV; * A small room: bunk bed and a single bed with Auping spiral. Because the apartment is located on the top (second) floor, you can enjoy a unique view of the mudflats. You can see the ferry arriving from Holwert! From your seat you have a constant view of activities such as passing cyclists, walkers, children playing with kites, horses and farmers at work. The beach is located 800 meters from the beach. There is a large indoor swimming pool 200 meters away. In addition, various dining options are within walking distance. Layout: hall with entrance, storage cupboard. bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink, second toilet, spacious and sunny living room with PVC floor, open kitchen, south-facing balcony with unique views, 2 bedrooms. Location
The complex of the Amelander Paradijs is a stone's throw from the charming beachcomber village Buren. The apartments are located in the middle of a meadow and dune area, so you have a beautiful view from your balcony. The murmur of the sea in the background ensures that you can dream (day) and in the morning you are awakened by the sounds of nature. From the apartment and balcony there is a constant view of activities such as passing cyclists, walkers, children playing with kites, horses and farmers at work. The sun only needs to shine a little and you can sit on the balcony out of the wind and enjoy the view. In the distance you can even see the ferry sailing and see the mainland. The beach is nearby. You cycle or walk down the Strandweg and you are already there! And when you return home it is pleasant because of the warmth of the underfloor heating.

Welcome to our apartment! We are the Abbing family and have been coming to Ameland for many years. It is always a pleasure to be in our apartment.
Tips from the host
Tips • At nr 1. of course: to the beach. Always special, both in warm and cold weather • By bike or walking to Het Oerd and the viewpoint • Take a tractor beach ride with De Jong to the most eastern point of Ameland: the Hôn • Visit the pleasant center of Nes. • By bike to the lighthouse. A long journey, but beautiful! The outward journey through the dunes and on the way stop at a beach bar. The return journey is beautiful cycling on the cycle path along the mudflats • If you are on Ameland when a demonstration of the horse rescue boat takes place then it is definitely recommended to go to Hollum and experience this • To Ballum and there enjoy a Nobeltje and stroll around in the cozy shop Bij Risje (for the ladies) If you come to our apartment with (young) children, we have the following tips: • To the beach! Shovel along and fishing net and build the most beautiful sandcastles and search for shells and fish. • To the playground in the Vleijen. Our children love to play there, the pull ferry is a favorite! • Make a trip with ship WL35 Brakzand; watching seals and fish. • Opposite our apartment is holiday park Klein Vaarwater. In rainy weather you can visit the swimming pool or the indoor playground here. Food on Ameland • Next to the apartment is a good pizzeria 'De Branding', for a tasty hamburger you can literally go to the neighbors grill restaurant 'Neighbors' and for a fish dish you walk a short distance towards the sea and you will find fish restaurant' StrAnders ' On. In the beach pavilion of Buren you can also eat well with a fantastic view! • Opposite our apartment is holiday park Klein Vaarwater. This holiday park has a spacious supermarket (Spar), which also sells fresh bread from the baker. • When we visit Ameland for a weekend, we often go on foot by boat. Upon arrival at the port of Nes, bus 2 to Buren is already ready and you get out in front of the apartment (stop Klein Vaarwater). Bicycle rental Metz is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a bicycle directly in the harbor and use the service to have your belongings delivered to the apartment. • If you bring your car with you on Ameland, there is ample parking space at the apartment complex.
