Original house with many amenities and near shops and restaurants
The Spinhuys has a living room of 45 m² and a kitchen diner. There is a difference of two steps in the living room. This makes the house less suitable for some disabled people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave and a refrigerator. The living room has a TV, DVD player and radio. The house has three bedrooms upstairs, directly under the roof. 1 bedroom of 8 m² has a double bed 200 x 160 cm, 1 bedroom of 9 m² has two single beds 200 x 90 cm and the third bedroom of 8 m² has a single bed of 200 x 90 cm and a smaller single bed of 190 x 80 cm. The shower and toilet are on the ground floor. There is a second fridge with freezer in the spacious shed.

Special about this accommodation
We try to deliver Het Spinhuys as complete as possible so that you feel completely at home. There is a garden set for outside, but also a drying rack if you do decide to do the laundry. There is also a table tennis table, a shuffleboard and all things that are present in a normal household are available. We do ask you to replenish things that you have used so that new guests can also feel at home again. Finally, we request that you leave the house broom clean. That means: all garbage and unused food in the large waste containers, the bedding removed in the bathroom and the dishes in the cupboards (not in the dishwasher)
Important to know
Bed linen is compulsory for rent at Woning 't Spinhuys. We supply single bed linen sets as standard. If you wish to make use of the double bed, you can indicate this by ticking the options 'Bed linen double bed'. Pets are allowed after consultation. Washing machine, table tennis table are available. On request a camping cot of 115 x 60 cm, high chair, playpen.

Whether you come to Ameland for a weekend or long holiday, as soon as you get on the ferry you will immediately experience the holiday feeling.
