The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The living room with open kitchen has a balcony on the west side. Downstairs there is a terrace, parking for several cars and 100 meters away is a general playground for children with swings and climbing equipment. Layout: entrance with stairs and storage room with washing machine / dryer. Floor: landing, room with kitchen (35 m²), balcony, two bedrooms with two single box springs, bathroom and toilet. Comfort: central heating, television, internet connection, second television in the bedroom, radio, CD player and iPod. Fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
