There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. A new sleeping area has also been created on the first floor. The new sleeping area can be reached via a "loft staircase", which can be clicked to the upper floor when in use. Here are two box springs of 90 cm (with single duvets). One bedroom adjoins the living room and is equipped with a double bed (queen size bed, 140 cm with a double duvet). This bedroom is connected by a sliding door to the second bedroom, which has a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds pushed together (two box-spring beds, 90 cm with a double duvet). There is a new bathroom with sink and a rain and hand shower and a new, separate toilet room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator with three freezer drawers, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Magimix Nespresso Inissia. In the living room you'll find a TV, radio and a CD player. There is a private parking space at the house. Extra: Cot, high chair and washing machine.
