Pharos is a completely new, modern, spacious detached bungalow of 110 m², completed in 2017, on approximately 700 m² of private land near the town of Hollum. In spring 2022 we have placed a large wind screen on the east side of the terrace. The bungalow is on the ground floor, light and comfortable, equipped with underfloor heating, and has a beautiful living room with many large windows. There is WiFi and a smart flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment and combi oven/microwave. The three bedrooms are spacious and all three have 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm, all box spring with good mattresses and single four-season duvets. In all bedrooms you can simply and comfortably make the two beds into a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. Each bedroom has a cheerfully colored wardrobe, one of which also has hanging space; there is a bedside table with lamp next to each bed. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room; there is also a cupboard with shelves and a drying rack. The bathroom includes a rain shower, two separate sinks and a toilet; there is also a separate second toilet. All rooms open onto a central hall. There is a high chair and toys for the beach. Parking for two cars and several bicycles is possible on site.

The bungalow is located in a quiet area, in the middle of all kinds of different holiday homes, and close to: * dunes, beach and lighthouse within cycling and walking distance * the golf course within walking distance (2 minutes and you are ready to turn) * the adjacent holiday park Boomhiemke with various facilities such as bicycle rental , restaurant, mini market with fresh bread rolls every morning and entertainment for the children. You can also book a sauna, solarium and various extra wellness facilities such as massage and nail polish. * the pleasant village of Hollum within cycling and walking distance * outdoor swimming pool De Schalken at approximately 3 km. Pharos is set back from the road; only a sandy path leads to it. The sheltered garden and the large terrace face south, the evening sun shines on the western part of the terrace. On the terrace there is a lounge area with cushions, a large table with chairs, a picnic table and a regular sofa. There is also a large parasol. Under the pine tree in the garden you have wonderful natural shade in warm summers.

At bungalow Pharos, bed linen is not provided, you may bring your own bed linen and towels or rent these from the company De Jong Schoonmaak en Beheer, directly with your booking. Our bungalow is rented per week, midweek and weekend; different periods may be discussed. The bungalow is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The bungalow is sustainably equipped with solar panels; gas and electricity are, where necessary, purchased from the Amelander Energie Coöperatie.

Een zeer comfortabel verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar

Wij (4 personen) vonden het een zeer comfortabel huisje. Blij verrast met de zeer goed geoutilleerde keuken en lekker voldoende serviesgoed en bestek.

Wat een heerlijk huisje! Genoeg kamers, netjes, ruime keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Echt een fijn plekje. We komen zeker nog een keer!

Fijne locatie met veel ruimte in en om het huis.

Geweldig vakantieverblijf, voor het naseizoen wel wat te duur.
