Holiday home Over 't Wad is a spacious, modern and very comfortable detached holiday home. The house stands on a large private property and is sheltered. With no less than 6 bedrooms, this unique Swedish house is suitable for family and groups of up to 12 people. Because of the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, the holiday home is also suitable for people with limited mobility. Interior of the house: On the ground floor is the living room with a spacious sitting area, large dining table and bar. There are patio doors to the veranda and garden. There is a semi-open kitchen with a 5-burner stove, electric oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a sofa. There is also a TV with game console in this room. On the first floor there is also a large bathroom with a bath, (rain) shower, sink and toilet. The house has a semi-covered veranda and sheltered garden on the south. There is parking on site.
