The large roof terrace of 50m² with panoramic views can be reached through the living room. The apartment has three bedrooms. The rooms have single beds with duvets. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There are two separate toilets, one on each floor.

Important to know
Bed linen is included at the Ostrea Penthouse. A deposit of € 100 must be paid in cash upon arrival. Between May 1 and October 1 2025, the costs of energy are included in the rent. If you use the apartment between October 1, 2024 and May 1, 2025 and between October 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026, the rental price includes € 10 electricity costs per day. With a higher consumption (based on current energy prices) € 0.60 per kWh will be charged.
