Bed linen is compulsory for rent at this Ostrea 2 room apartment. Pets are only allowed in a few apartments on request (€ 4.00 per night). A booking with a dog is only possible by telephone or e-mail. A deposit of €100 in cash must be paid on arrival. Between May 1 and October 1 2026, the costs of energy are included in the rent. If you use the apartment between October 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026 and between October 1, 2026 and May 1, 2027, the rental price includes € 10 electricity costs per day. With a higher consumption (based on current energy prices) € 0.60 per kWh will be charged.
