Rental conditions are: ● There is a smoking ban inside the chalet. ● Pets are not allowed in the chalet. ● A stay at Chalet O3 does not include bed linen, you can bring your own linen or rent it from a linen rental company on Ameland, we will send you the link of the rental company. ● The stay does not include kitchen towels, tea towels, towels, etc. ● Furniture, mattresses and duvets should not be moved outside. There is garden furniture and seating cushions in the shed. Cleaning on departure: ● You must leave the chalet clean, tidy and tidy, ● the kitchen inventory is clean, washed and tidy. ● the rubbish bin must be emptied; rubbish can be placed in the containers on site. ● the refrigerator must be emptied and cleaned. No items are left in the refrigerator for the next tenants, no matter how well intentioned! ● No final cleaning costs will be charged, but the above requested cleaning by the tenant does apply. There is a final cleaning check on the cleaning by the tenant and for any defects. If the chalet is not clean, such as described above is left behind upon departure, cleaning costs will be charged the deposit, at the discretion of the landlord. This also applies to identified defects. ● Vacuum cleaner, broom, mop with bucket are provided. ● The rental price is exclusive of energy costs, tourist tax and administration costs ● There are 2 swimming pool passes available for use of the swimming pool at the campsite. If you lose a swimming pool pass card, you must immediately report this to the reception and the landlord. The cost of a new pass is €35 and is borne by the renter. ● A deposit of € 150.00 is required. This will be done within 3 weeks of your stay refunded if no defects have been found in the chalet and the chalet is clean left as requested in these rental conditions. ● The use of the chalet is at your own risk.
