The apartment has been upgraded in 2025. There is a spacious living room with sitting area, dining area and an open kitchen. The living room has a Smart TV with cable and a radio with Bluetooth. The kitchen is equipped with everything for breakfast, lunch and dinner: gas stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, Senseo and coffee maker. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, oil are also provided. There are also some toys in the dresser for children. There are also two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom also has a desk where you can work. The bathroom has a bath, shower and sink. Bath and shower are separate from each other. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a large balcony. From here you have a beautiful view of the recreation area "De Vleijen". You are within a 10-minute walk in the center of Nes, the nicest village on Ameland, and within 10 minutes you are on the beach.

Special about this accommodation
We also use this apartment for our holidays and therefore we find it important that the apartment is fully equipped. There are toys for children to play with, books to read and the kitchen has most basic ingredients such as sugar, pepper, salt, olive oil, vinegar, etc. We like to share this with our guests.

Welcome to apartment Zomerhuisje! We acquired this holiday home to be closer to our family and to enjoy the island more often. We have searched for the best location for a long time and this holiday home has all the facilities we appreciate, so we hope you will have a wonderful time here too.
Tips from the host
There is a playground around the corner in the De Vlijen recreation area, the aquarium of the Nature Museum is within a 5-minute walk and you can cycle to the beautiful North Sea beach within 10 minutes.
