This 20 person apartment has a spacious lockable terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a spacious open kitchen, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms, each with a private shower, two 1-person box-spring beds and a fold-out bunk bed. On the first floor you will find a toilet, 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower, two single box spring beds and a bunk bed. On the second floor you will find a toilet, a shower and 3 double bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds. There is a launderette on site with washing machine and dryer (for a fee) The apartment stands out thanks to its unique location near the center of Nes on Ameland. Around our accommodation is more than 1Ha. own terrain with shared playground with various playground equipment, a volleyball and football field and a mega Air trampoline. The fishing enthusiast can cast a line right next door and just 100 meters from the accommodation you will find the playground of "de Vleijen". There are, among other things, a watchtower and castle on an island which you can only reach via a raft, cable car or suspension bridge. For the little ones there are also plenty of play options such as playground equipment, slides, swings and even a small beach! Ideal for a carefree holiday with children!

Group apartments Paasduin, Our group apartments are particularly suitable for family outings. A combination of apartments is therefore also possible. Each apartment has a spacious living room on the ground floor with patio doors to a spacious, lockable terrace. Almost all bedrooms have their own sanitary facilities. The 4-person family rooms have 2 box-spring beds and a bunk bed. The accommodations: 1 Bramerduin 16 persons 8 x 2 pers. room (formerly “Achterhuus”) 2 Molensduin 20 person 4 x 2 person room, 3 x 4 person room 3 Grauweduin 24 person 2 x 2 person room, 5 x 4 person room 4 Vrijersduin 20 persons 5 x 4 pers.room 5 Kaapsduin 20 person 3 x 4 person room, 4 x 2 person room Paasduin is located on a quiet cycle path. You have complete freedom and are not bothered by crowds and traffic. The directly adjacent recreation area De Vleyen offers many play opportunities for young and old! Because the accommodations are close to each other, we do not rent out to all target groups, one should take into account that there are often families in the apartments and that the night's rest is guaranteed. For that reason, we do not rent to football groups, students or similar (if in doubt, contact us)...
Location
The center of Nes is about 150 meters away, here you will find several nice shops, contemporary restaurants, cozy patios, chemist, gallery, hairdresser, and two supermarkets. Right next to the apartments is nature and recreation area 'De Vleyen'. De Vleyen is a large recreational area which has a lot to offer for both young and old. For children there is a castle, which is only accessible via a raft, suspension bridge or zipline. There is also a small beach, fishing ponds, an observation tower and various climbing and play equipment.

Important to know
The target group that we want to serve with our accommodations is mainly in the family atmosphere… Because the accommodations are close to each other, the combination with “party groups” that have noise during the day and late into the night is not desirable. We therefore do not accept football groups, young people, students or similar groups where it is obvious that there will be nuisance to the other tenants. If in doubt, please consult first! A stay at this accommodation does not include bed linen, the landlord offers this for rent or you bring your own linen.

Mooie accommodatie en fijne speelruimte buiten.
Bedankt voor je bericht! de Kussens zijn inmiddels gestoomreinigd, midden in het seizoen is dat een klus die helaas vaak niet lukt zo snel! Bedankt voor de fijne waardering en graag tot ziens!

Whether you come to Ameland for a weekend or long holiday, as soon as you get on the ferry you will immediately experience the holiday feeling. Enjoy cycling, walking, the beautiful nature, the historic villages, eating, drinking and of course the beautiful beach. Ameland is the ideal island for both young and old!
