The house is defined by its playful, octagonal design and high ceiling in the living room, creating a spacious and light atmosphere. The living room, approximately 29 m², features a cosy sitting area with a fireplace and direct access to the open kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with built-in appliances, is practically laid out with a hob, fridge, and ample storage space. The bungalow offers three comfortable bedrooms. The largest bedroom (approx. 12 m²) is directly connected to the living room and includes a double bed, wardrobe, and washbasin. The two other bedrooms (approx. 10 m² and 9 m²) are also furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, wardrobes, and washbasins. The bathroom, around 6 m², is fully equipped with a whirlpool bath, shower, and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
