The 6-person house has a spacious south-facing terrace and invites you to relax. Completely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was renovated and expanded under architecture in 1998. The living room is spacious and has a half open kitchen (together ± 38 m²). All rooms are on the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The cozy living room is adjacent to the terrace and is cozy and sunny due to the natural light. In the roof of the thatched house there is a loft with an extra mattress, which offers space for a sixth guest. There is a large storage room. It goes without saying that the house is equipped with all the luxury and comfort of today. De Koekoek is surrounded by a dune garden, with a flagpole (a good practice in this part of Ameland) and a clothesline. De Koekoek has a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, four bicycles, a YEPP front and rear seat (child seats), 4 high chairs (Tripp Trapp) and a cot available for its guests. There are also toys available. If several cots (camping beds) are required, this is no problem and you can indicate this when booking. Guests who come to the island by car have their own on-site parking at their holiday accommodation and also have the option of parking the car in the basement.
