Located in the dunes with a beautiful view of the woods and fields
From the living / dining room and the spacious south-facing terrace you have a beautiful view of meadows, the village of Nes and the forest. The ground floor has a living / dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed washing facilities, separate shower with toilet. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Each bedroom has two single beds and washing facilities. In addition, 1 cot, 1 high chair and a children's pool are offered. In 2020 Klaushuus got a new kitchen with a dishwasher and combi-microwave. There is also new seating furniture and in 2023 the thatched roof of Klaushuus was completely renovated.

Special about this accommodation
Holiday home "Klaushuus" was built in the 1950s and has been in the same family for generations. It is a beautiful holiday home that does not want to be luxurious or lavish. This way it can also remain affordable. We, three brothers, deliberately keep it that way. Although the Klaushuus is simple in design and furnishings, it has one of the most beautiful locations on the island, with unobstructed views of meadows with horses, pheasants, rabbits and more.
Important to know
At vacation home Klaushuus, bed linen is not provided, you may bring your own bed linen or rent this via the booking page. Staring in 2023, the Klaushuus will be maintained by a new cleaning company, on site you will find a welcome package with bath mats, guest and kitchen towels. Although the cleaning costs are high, we do not make a profit on the cleaning costs, but only pass on part of the cleaning costs to you.

Whether you come to Ameland for a weekend or long holiday, as soon as you get on the ferry you will immediately experience the holiday feeling.
