Are you looking for a wonderful beach holiday or just a weekend away on Ameland? This mobile home is fully and comfortably furnished with a living room, LED TV, heating, smoke detector, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils and crockery, dining area with separate high chair. Bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses 70 × 200 cm), two single duvets and pillows. A second bedroom with two single beds (60×180 cm, so less suitable for adults), duvets and pillows. A cot is available and fits in this room if one of the beds is unused and put in an upright position. Bathroom with sink and shower cubicle. Toilet separate. Screened terrace with furniture and parasol. We wish you a pleasant holiday on the beautiful island of Ameland, our most splendid part of the country!

This fine mobile home 'Jutter' stands on top of a dune on the edge of the pleasant holiday park Roosdunen, between the village of Ballum and the beach, both a 10-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride. In the village you will find a supermarket, a few restaurants, a museum, bicycle rental, etc. At the beach entrance you can eat and drink at the beautiful beach pavilion. Holiday park Roosdunen has everything to offer for a wonderful stay on Ameland. There is plenty to do for the children, but those seeking tranquility will also enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet pitch. The holiday park is equipped with many facilities. You will find all the information on the website www.roosdunen.nl. A big attraction is of course the adjacent beautiful outdoor swimming pool De Schalken (May-September), with several pools, sunbathing area, mini golf and tennis court. Guests of our mobile home have free access to the pool! There is a riding stable and a paracenter near the campsite.

Special about this accommodation
A ladies', men's and children's bicycle are available in the storage room. You can go to the village for more luxurious ones, e-bikes, cargo bikes and child seats. As a guest you will receive a 10% discount on the rental price. You can add a small sleeping tent for up to 2 people, costing approximately € 6 per night. In the evening you will see the light of the lighthouse and softly hear the surf of the North Sea.

Important to know
Bring your own: fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels. (Linen packages are also available for rent on the island.) The rental price includes consumption of gas, electricity, etc. The tourist tax is € 2.04 per person per night. The deposit is €50 for final cleaning and/or breakages. You will receive this back if you leave the mobile home (including inventory) neat and clean. Smoking and pets are not allowed!

Introduction
We are Paul and Marion. Ameland has been our island for over 30 years. And although we have literally traveled halfway around the world, Ameland remains one of our favorites. It is our pleasure to let you enjoy it too. You will therefore have a great time in our clean, fully furnished accommodation. You can also contact us for tips (with or without children). Tips from the host
Your holiday is not complete without a bike ride through the dunes to the lighthouse and then of course climbing it (236 steps). Then eat a beachcomber pancake at Cor, stroll through the old village of Hollum and then over the dike along the Waddenzee to Nes (watch out for the sheep). Tired but satisfied, you plop down on the soft cushions on the heated terrace at Van Heeckeren and order a drink and a plate. On the way back quickly to the beach to watch the sun sink into the sea, before you cycle again via the dune path towards Ballum. And another day on Ameland is over!
