Groot Koolwitje is a four-person apartment. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (but you can also get an additional bed for free if you are staying with four people). It is located on the ground floor and has a modern furnished living room adjacent to a spacious south-facing terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a combimicrowave and also has a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in Groot Koolwitje. To tailor the stay to your wishes, there are various options that can be booked: 1) Breakfast: You can enjoy the unlimited breakfast buffet in the breakfast room, courtyard garden or private terrace. For €14.50 p.p. (children 0 to 3 years free of charge and 4 to 12 years €7.50), you really get a holiday feeling with the extensive breakfast buffet with tasty regional products. We can tailor the breakfast to your dietary requirements. From 8.15 am to 10.30 am we are ready for you with warm sandwiches and various delicacies. 2) Housekeeping during the entire stay: 30 minutes per day. Vacuuming and mopping the floor, tidying the beds, emptying garbage bags, cleaning sanitary facilities, cleaning tables, 1 toilet roll, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 sets of towels. Not on the day of arrival, on the day of departure no new towels but the lazy checkout package. You leave the apartment without cleaning. The bed linen will be removed from the beds, refrigerator emptied, vacuuming, garbage disposal, dishwasher empty. If you would like a made bed on arrival, please tick this option. Costs: €45,- per day. 3) Lazy checkout: Before checking out, the rule is that you clean up the apartment (see also the rules for checking out). If you are not able to do this, please book the lazy check out. In that case, we will ensure that your bed linen is removed, the garbage taken away and the dishes done. You only need to take your suitcase back with you. Costs: €37.50. 4) Welcome package: Red wine, fruit juice, various nuts and cheese. Costs: €30,- 5) Beds made on arrival: Costs €9.50 per bed. 6) Cot with bed linen. Costs €10 per bed for the entire stay. 7) High chair: Free of charge.
