The 4-person house has a living room (about 30m²) and a kitchen diner. From the living room you can reach the terrace through the French doors. The house has two bedrooms. Both upstairs. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is located on the upper floor. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. The house has its own parking space. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room has a color cable TV, video, CD player and a radio.
