Cozy villa in the dunes with spacious garden
Villa Duinhoeve is the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. It is wonderful to stay in the cozy villa which is located between the dunes and only 600 meters from the beach. The villa has a spacious south-facing garden with a large terrace where rabbits regularly hop around. The house is equipped with all comforts, it has lots of privacy, is child-friendly and has a fireplace for the colder days. Enjoy peace and space. In short, you quickly feel at home. The villa has a cozy living room with a rural look and is equipped with a sitting area, dining area and a kitchen that is fully equipped. There are a total of four bedrooms; the downstairs bedroom has a double bed, on the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one of which is a large bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. There is a cot and table chair available. In total there are two bathrooms and a separate toilet, one of which has a washing machine and dryer.

At Villa Duinhoeve, rental of bed linen is obligatory. The house is very suitable for family holidays or small groups. It is not allowed to hold parties, but the house is not suitable for this either. Pets are not allowed.

Introduction
As a little girl we went to Ameland every holiday and when we were teenagers my parents bought this family house to be able to visit Ameland even more often. Once on the boat it already feels like a holiday and you quickly feel at home in Duinhoeve. I think it is extra nice to be able to rent out the house now and to let the guests experience the same feeling.
Tips from the host
The villa is located in the dune area at 600 meters walking distance from the beautiful beach of Ameland. In the immediate vicinity are many walking and cycling routes to, for example, 't Oerd or Nesserbos. Klein Vaarwater holiday park is 2 minutes by bike and has a supermarket, swimming pool, play areas, tennis court, etc. Buren and Nes are the nearest villages and have a variety of restaurants (2-8 minutes by bike), things to do and see.
