The nicest luxury bungalow in a unique location on Ameland
Construction started in 2023 and the finishing touches to the interior were completed in early 2024. The energy put into the house results in a warm and luxurious house that is suitable for 4 people. The luxury is translated into the two bedrooms, each with an own bathroom and toilet (great if you are with friends), the luxurious kitchen (Quooker, Bora and Nespresso) and the use of beautiful materials. In addition, care and attention has been paid to the two 'sunny' terraces and the terrace furniture. The 700 m² garden is fenced. Very pleasant for small children. De Leuke is very suitable for families with children or if you are going away with a bunch of friends. But the house is also very comfortable for two people.

The location makes De Leuke one of the nicest spots on Ameland, between the North Sea beach, the dunes, the forests, the heathland, the De Vleijen recreational area, the Nature Center and the pleasant village of Nes. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 10 minutes walking. The house is hidden on a secluded unpaved path, so peace and privacy are guaranteed.

Special about this accommodation
Because we are often there ourselves, you will still find spices and herbs in the kitchen, you will find baking tins, there may still be washing up liquid, there is a pen, a magazine or stray Nespresso cups. We like to share. Don't throw anything away, use it and replenish it when you use up something. You will also find various reading books from biographies to literature, from thrillers to historical novels and there is also something in the young adult category. Your stay should give you a good feeling and it is important for us to contribute to that.

Introduction
Our family thoroughly enjoys everything Ameland has to offer. We have been doing that in Nes for a number of years. First from an apartment on the Strandweg, then from the old house in the current unique location on De Klonjes. And since 2024, the old house has been 'exchanged' for the new bungalow that will offer us a warm home for years to come. A place where we can fully enjoy and which we do not want to leave empty for 40 weeks of the year and therefore make available for rental.
