To the right is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area and an adjoining terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The toilet and shower are located between the living room and the two bedrooms. The bedrooms, to the left of the front door, are simply yet comfortably furnished, allowing you to relax and unwind. The house is situated on a fully fenced plot of approximately 450 m², where your dogs can run around and play freely. A wonderful place for those seeking peace, quiet, and a homely atmosphere!
