Chalet 304 is fully equipped for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (200cm-160cm), and a smaller room with two beds of 180cm-70cm. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove with oven, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils. The living room has a large television and a stereo. The heating is sufficient for the colder seasons. The bathroom has a sink and toilet. There is no shower; The shower building is located right next to the chalet and shower tokens are always available. Chalet 304 has its own wifi and a full television channel package.

Chalet 304 is situated in a very well-maintained yet natural location, close to the village of Ballum, less than 200 metres away. Here you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bars, doctor and dentist. The campsite offers children's activities during the holiday periods and fresh bread rolls every morning. A mini market is also integrated into the reception. Here you will also receive the key to the accommodation. The chalet was newly built in 2012 and has many facilities for a longer stay. You can reach the beach in 15 minutes on foot.
