Modern and comfortably furnished chalet with a sheltered terrace
The mobile home is modern and cozy with a living room with loose furniture, TV, heating, smoke detector, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. and crockery. The dining table seats 5 and there is a high chair. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140 × 200), one duvet and pillows. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a 3rd bed (70 × 200), so less suitable for adults but possible, duvets and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet. Outside you will find a screened terrace with furniture and a parasol. You can add a small sleeping tent for max. 2 people, costs about 4 euros per night. In the shed there is a freezer, a wagon, a parasol and a cupboard with hand tools. We wish you a pleasant holiday and a pleasant stay on the beautiful Ameland.

Holiday on Ameland. Chalet 303 is located in the cozy holiday park Roosdunen, between the village of Ballum and the beach, both a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. In the village you will find a supermarket, some restaurants, a museum, bicycle rental, etc. At the beach entrance you can lounge and of course also enjoy good food and drink at the beautiful beach pavilion. Holiday park Roosdunen has everything to offer for a wonderful stay on Ameland. There is plenty to do for the children, but those seeking tranquility will also enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet pitch. The holiday park is equipped with many facilities. You will find all the information on the Camping Roosdunen website. A big attraction is the adjacent beautiful outdoor swimming pool 'De Schalken' with several pools, mini golf, tennis court and a sunbathing lawn. Guests of our mobile home have free access to the pool! There are also two riding stables next to the holiday park. In the village you can rent bicycles and e-bikes.

- When staying at Chalet 303, you can rent: bed linen (bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase), towel set (2 towels and a bath towel), kitchen linen (1 tea towel and 2 kitchen towels). - The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure if the chalet is left in good condition. - Smoking in the chalet is not allowed. - If you bring a pet, the costs must be paid upon arrival at the reception of Camping Roosdunen.
