This 16 person apartment has a spacious and patio which can be locked. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a spacious open kitchen, one shower, one toilet and two double bedrooms with sink. On the first floor you will find six double bedrooms with sink, one bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bath, a separate shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with iron. The beds are all single box spring beds, so they can be placed next to each other or separately. This holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 into a residence for up to 16 people. The apartment has a unique location near the center of Nes on Ameland. When you open the patio doors from the room, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace, with a beautiful view over the front pond of the recreation area "de Vleijen". Around our accommodation is more than 1 hectare own terrain with shared playground with various playground equipment, a volleyball and football field and a mega Air trampoline. The fishing enthusiast can cast a line right next door and just 100 meters from the accommodation you will find the playground of "de Vleijen". There are, among other things, a watchtower and castle on an island which you can only reach via a raft, zip line or rope bridge. For the little ones there are also plenty of play options such as playground equipment, slides, swings and even a small beach! Ideal for a carefree holiday with children!

Group apartments Paasduin, Our group apartments are particularly suitable for family outings. A combination of apartments is therefore also possible. Each apartment has a spacious living room on the ground floor with patio doors to a spacious, lockable terrace. Almost all bedrooms have their own sanitary facilities. The 4-person family rooms have 2 box-spring beds and a bunk bed. You have complete freedom and are not bothered by crowds and traffic. The directly adjacent recreation area De Vleyen offers many play opportunities for young and old! Because the accommodations are close to each other, we do not rent out to all target groups, one should take into account that there are often families in the apartments and that the night's rest is guaranteed. For that reason, we do not rent to football groups, students or similar (if in doubt, contact us)...
Location
The center of Nes is about 150 meters away, here you will find several nice shops, contemporary restaurants, cozy patios, chemist, gallery, hairdresser, and two supermarkets. Right next to the apartments is nature and recreation area 'De Vleyen'. De Vleyen is a large recreational area which has a lot to offer for both young and old. For children there is a castle, which is only accessible via a raft, suspension bridge or zipline. There is also a small beach, fishing ponds, an observation tower and various climbing and play equipment.

Important to know
The target group that we want to serve with our accommodations is mainly in the family atmosphere. Because the accommodations are close to each other, the combination with "party groups" that have noise during the day and late into the night is not desirable. We therefore do not accept football groups, youngsters, students or similar groups where it is obvious that there will be nuisance to the other tenants. If in doubt, please consult first! A stay at this accommodation does not include bed linen, the landlord offers this for rent or you bring your own linen.

Prima verblijf met fijne bedden echter met waardeloze kussens. Voldoende pannen servies en bestek aanwezig. Goed werkende kookplaat en oven. Minpunten het huis was niet erg schoon en is aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe.
Bedankt voor uw reactie, de tip van de kussens kunnen we actie op ondernemen en zullen we ook z.s.m. doen! Vanaf 3 maart gaat het appartement inderdaad in onderhoud en zullen we ook kritisch naar de kasten kijken uiteraard. We vinden het erg vervelend dat de schoonmaak niet goed is gedaan. Dit horen we eigenlijk zelden of nooit. We zullen het schoonmaakbedrijf hierop attenderen. Betreft de rookgeur, heb ik geen idee wat er wordt bedoeld en heb het ook nooit eerder gemerkt. U stelt dat er gerookt zou worden, echter het appartement wordt enkel toeristisch verhuurd, en is rookvrij. We hopen dat we u in de toekomst nog eens mogen ontvangen, dan zijn die laatste onvolkomenheden uiteraard opgelost :-) Graag tot ziens!

Whether you come to Ameland for a weekend or long holiday, as soon as you get on the ferry you will immediately experience the holiday feeling.
