Downstairs is the hall, living room with open kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo and combination microwave. The spacious seating area includes a smart TV. The large bathroom has a separate shower, bath and here you will also find the washing machine and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds in both rooms. There is wireless internet and underfloor heating on the entire ground floor. Outside you have a private terrace with garden furniture and private parking. A high chair and cot are available on request.
