The apartment has a surface of 91 m2 and has a large balcony of approx. 11 m2 that overlooks the dunes. Here the salty sea air often blows towards you and when it is dark you can see how many stars there are in the sky. 1st floor: entrance/hall, toilet with washbasin, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate shower. 2nd floor: landing, spacious living-dining room, kitchen, balcony of 11 m2. The balcony is sunny from early afternoon until sunset. You can park very spaciously and free of charge at the complex.

I have been fond of the lovely Ameland for years, with its beautiful, historic villages and wide beaches. I speak Dutch, English, French, German and Italian.
Tips from the host
The apartment is very spacious and quietly situated. It is located 300 meters walking distance from the beach and has a view of the dunes. With a bit of luck you can even spot deer from the apartment! From the apartment you can also walk straight into the forest. Or walk to the nicest beach bar in the Netherlands for a cup of coffee or to enjoy a beautiful sunset... The center of Nes is also easy to reach and is only a 5-minute bike ride away. In the storage room of the apartment there is a bicycle that you can borrow for free.
