AMBLA (new building ready in spring 2019, sustainable and energy neutral). This newly built bungalow is detached, located on the edge of the forest, with a large open nature reserve behind it. The village of Ballum and the beach are within walking distance. AMBLA is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (box springs), 1 bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses with a topper + double duvet and two single duvets) with bathroom en suite. In addition to the television in the living room, there is also a television in this bedroom. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, double sink and toilet and there is a separate sauna and 3rd toilet. AMBLA has a spacious living room and kitchen with a combination microwave, quooker, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Present: wifi, private parking facilities on the righthand side of the house, a storage room. Terrace with garden furniture is situated on the south and west side. A cot and a high chair are there, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, there is free access to the nearby heated outdoor swimming pool (May to early September). Other facilities such as tennis courts and mini golf can be used for a fee.
